Congress is going to try to rewrite the espionage act. watch these stooges like hawks, they have no living idea what they fuck they are doing. I just watched it on CSPAN this morning and here it is in Wired.

This is it, people, we are watching it happen right the fuck now, the end of 2010, while all you happy consumers are out xmas shopping and black friday-ing and watching gas go over 3, ……
We just lost Article I (The First Amendment) of the Bill of Rights.
You can tell by the way the congressmen asks if the Yahoo! Cloud is a criminal, and Nader says no, or then the paper and ink suppliers to the New York Times and the NYT and Der Spiegel and everyone else are criminals too, and they said they didn't care. How can we control this?
You can't. We are experts of communication and will go analogue hell shortwave if needed.
Let me explain this to you. Computers have been a large part of my life since I was a small child. I am roughly the same age as Assange. As we were growing up all computer systems and the surrounding culture were designed to be explored, modified, made better (by us kids, no shit.) What we now call computer security only came later. What we now call computers and networks are merely communications and storage systems. The network of tubes, incenerators and filing cabinets that Winston Smith worked with at the Ministry of Information is what you think it is, but it is so much more complicated than that, my friend. There is no way for somone to control ideas. There is no way for someone to control information. Tyrants can use unethical methods to break human's spirits, but that is not the same thing. Technology and methodologies from ancient times, the 1940's up until today can be used today and go undetected. Our unbreakable encryption is a simple matter of pre-distributed 'One Time Pads' that give access to our networks. Color and sound codes, as well as standardized shortwave radio coding like fieldhell are used by the underground information freedom fighters of today. You ask if Yahoo!s Cloud is criminal, I laugh out loud and… |
Remember in school how the teacher said Freedom of Speech was the 'lynchpin' and then never explained what that means? Well… A lynchpin holds the wheels on. a cotter key. It keeps the grenade from exploding.
a Keystone. It keeps it all from falling down.

I watched that Wikileaks hearing on Cspan just now. Nader was there. The congressmen listened to the young dipshit lawyer punks instead of the wiser sages they should have listened to. These dumb punks that obviously have never read "Slaughterhouse 5" by Vonnegut or any writings of Descartes or Locke and are therefore implicit in the horrors of war now.
Some of these wise sages on this panel probably crossed paths with Vonnegut, what they said reflected they have been aware of the dark side for quite some time, but as old men feel no need to fight anymore.
It sucks. everyone says I won't fight the tyrants and I continue to hear there are no tyrants at all. There are, and they run companies and banks and buy politicians.
"Fuck, What the fuck, these are babies."
I suppose "collateral murder" and all this is not new to me, I had colleagues at the phone company where I worked who were sent back from Iraq. One kid I helped him fix his bicycle one time, was discharged with loony brain problems and the main reason for his loony brain problems (SHELL SHOCK) was the fact that his platoon had been made to kill innocents of all colors and flavors and ages. He begged that I didn't call him a baby killer as a caveat that he tell me the truth of what happened over there.
Have you ever had a 20-year-old pimply-faced kid look at you and ask forgiveness for killing kids because he was just doing his job? I have. I did in 2007. It would have been the same months in Iraq. This is very frightening tyranny that our government is doing. scary dark nazi-like soul-crushing.
Nader sees it with eyes of love / seeing everything as one. from that hearing:
“The suppression of information has led to far more loss of life, jeopardization of American security, and all the other consequences now being attributed to WikiLeaks and Julian Assange,” -Ralph Nader
UNSAFE AT ANY SPEED - RALPH NADER
My job is to apply the formula to determine if an automotive recall cost more than the individual lawsuit payouts.
Secrets (Fear) are much more dangerous than the truth (love) the truth shall set you free.
We've got to end these stupid wars.
WAR IS OVER!
IF YOU WANT IT
Today, Dec 17, 1969, John and Yoko erected `War Is Over! If You Want It’ billboards in eleven cities around the world.
