I am a free speech advocate.  I don't believe in censorship, I understand FCC regulations about cursing on the airwaves and I despise the idea that that those "media standard" regulations in many people's minds relate to real speaking in real life somehow. They also tend to believe it pertains to our telephone lines and cable lines, stereos and books.
Frank Zappa had an instrumental album - JAZZ FROM HELL - slapped, stickered and labeled with the ugliest black and white bullshit stamp of disapproval from the powers that whine.

Freedom does not Evolve - This is not up for "debate"
This government document sounds sweet and happy, butterflies and smiley faces, but it is not.
Do you think Zappa would say free speech is an evolving concept? It's not an evolving concept unless you are trying to deprive people of clear human rights in this universe. We have the right to do what the fuck we want, when we want - and to talk, sing and dance about it. This comes from the fact that we didn't ask to be born, but yet we are here on this planet, alive.
